Analytics, only if you agree
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether we can count your visit with Google Analytics 4. If you say no, the Google script is never loaded. If you say yes, Google sets its analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and we see pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and which plan button was clicked. Ad features are switched off: nothing is shared for advertising or remarketing. Data is kept 14 months.
Your answer is stored in your browser (localStorage key hvac_consent). You can change it any time: change my analytics choice.
Payments
Plan sign-ups are paid on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe collects your card, billing address, phone and company name and sends us the order details. We never see the full card number. Stripe's own privacy notice applies on their page.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security, deleted after 30 days.
If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and, if you sign up, to run the service. We don't sell or share it.
Calls handled for our clients
When you call a contractor that uses our service, the call is recorded and transcribed so the contractor can follow up. Callers are told this at the start. Recordings belong to the contractor's account and are deleted when the contractor asks or leaves the service. Our voice and telephony providers process the call on our behalf.
