Terms and refunds
Last updated 2026-11-02. The service is sold by OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC, 447 Broadway 2nd Fl Suite 3259, New York, NY 10013, USA ("we"). By paying for a plan you accept these terms.
What you buy
An AI voice agent that answers calls forwarded from your business line, takes down job requests and sends urgent calls (no heat, gas smell, water leaking) to the phone number you give us. Minutes included per month are listed on the plan you pick. Extra minutes are billed at $0.45 each at the end of the month.
Billing
Payment runs through Stripe. The one-time setup fee is charged when you sign up. The monthly fee starts after the 14-day pilot and renews each month on the same date until you cancel.
Setup-fee refund
If the agent captures fewer than 5 qualified job requests during the 14-day pilot, we refund the setup fee in full. A qualified request is a caller asking for service, repair, installation or a quote who leaves a name and a callback number. Ask for the refund by email within 7 days after the pilot ends; it goes back to the card used at checkout.
Cancelling
Cancel any time during the pilot and you won't be charged the monthly fee. After that, cancel by email before your renewal date and the service stops at the end of the month already paid. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded.
Your part
You keep control of your phone line and decide when calls forward to us. You tell us your service area, hours, prices you want quoted, and who is on call. You stay responsible for the work done for your customers and for following up on the requests we pass on.
Emergencies
The agent is not an emergency service. On a gas-smell call it tells the caller to leave the building and call the gas utility or 911, then alerts your on-call phone. We can't guarantee a call goes through if a carrier, your forwarding or a provider we rely on is down.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost jobs or lost profit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; changes to prices apply from your next billing period, with at least 30 days' notice by email. New York law applies. Questions: info@omnilearn.org.
